A quick search in Google suggests it's dialling a lot of people, and ends
the call as soon as you pick up - seemingly intended so you call them back,
whereupon it then plays a recorded message about 'your' home insurance
policy. Sounds a lot like a scam, I'd report it to BT and not call it back.
