Yup, same here.

Not complaining as it's a freebie - but yet again the mantra is "an
overwhelming response".

When you offer something free to 60 million people, what exactly makes
you imagine that you won't need to supply 60 million of them?

Otherwise, what do you lose by saying "first X thousand responses only"?
