It should be possible to produce a decent well insulated storage unit
which only outputed heat on demand - by using a fan. That's not so say
such a thing exists in the UK.

Does seem to be very cheap was about �30. I think its worth a good.

I know a shop on the high street selling halogens about about �15 which I'll
pick one up.
