I've just received this from a seller

"Please leave feedback for me on eBay and I'll do the same for you.
Take this opportunity now and help build a better eBay community."

I bought 3 items from this berk - he chucked them all into the same
parcel and charged me full whack for postage, 13. One item was wrong
and I've returned it (at my cost) and despite promises from him, got
the
right order & no free extras or my postage paid.

Sounds like feedback extortion to me

Eh? He just said "leave feedback" not "leave positive feedback". I would
do as he asks so other buyers are aware.

Next time, ask for postage to be combined before you pay.

Isn't that a standard feedback reminder issued by eBay?

If he didn't offer combined postage and you didn't ask for it you can't
really expect it.

Did you ask for a refund of postage since you received the replacement
item? Maybe quote SOGA at him.

Yes it is. No one with a brain would refer to an Ebay community.

Correct.

SOGA doesn't guarantee return postage to be paid.
