He did respond - first off with a pack of eaily recognisable lies and
profanity - thence simply with profanities and threats.

Have tried several tacks to get feedback removed all to no avail as
yet.

Judging on 'customer service' response thus far have my doubts.

At first in a panic I made my feedback private but then realised that
anyone with common sense would recognise the feedback for what it is,
but it's still very unpleasant to see it there.

AHH the power of usenet :)

Shame really - was getting to quite like my 'My World' page.

So how long before he gets naru'ed or is he still earning them fees?

Thx all :)

Predictable response and I don't want you to schmooze up to me! For some
reason eBay emailed me a few months back and gave me a telephone number for
"Privileged customers only" and I thought it was just another piece of hype.
However, when I phoned it a while back and complained about a rogue trader
they took action at once. Hence I thought I would do the same this time on
behalf of deej. I can't say if phoning the normal eBay number would get
results, but in my general experience phoning is better than emailing.
Putting the case calmly, and above all politely, works wonders as well. In
this instance the case for feedback removal was very clear cut.
