Well you're wrong.

Funny how you're all only too willing to fall for Paypal's marketing hype
and honeyed words when it suits you isn't it ?

At the top they say "

"we'll occasionally hold back payments from certain sellers"

and then they list the sellers they have in mind -

<quote>

A high rate of customer disputes or low eBay feedback
An eBay and PayPal member for less than 6 months, and have
limited selling activity
You have an eBay feedback score of less than 100 and do not have
a record of good performance
You're selling on eBay and have a low Detailed Seller Rating (4.5 or below)
You happen to be selling in a high risk category such as tickets,
travel, gift vouchers, computers, electronics or mobile phones
You have a sudden change in selling activities

<quote>

In the case of someone with zero sales there is no mitigating circumstance
which can exclude them from that list.

They say "ocassionally" because they never hold back payments from
a far larger group of sellers -

Low or zero customer dsputes and good feedback
High activity rate
DSR over 4.5
Consistent selling activitie

Anyway, either you really are as stupid as you're making out
or like a lot of others you have a lot of time on your hands and
swapping inanities with your fellow dribblers on this Newsgroup
is your only outlet.

The only surprise is that TOG hasn't shown up.

He'd probably think the same uninformed and ignorant way that you do - he's
the only other one on the group who boasts about screwing over sellers.

Coming from someone who has no clue on spelling, grammar or punctuation,
that's laughable.

Your stream of consciousness bile spew does you no favours as a writing
style.

Well, that was only a matter of time.

Oh dear, cutting insults again. I'm all hurt.

mick, I think you are being deliberately stupid here as the stupidity
you are displaying could not be natural.

Please point me to the bit where it says that paypal *will* hold
payments for 21 days for *all* sellers, after all this *is* what you are
claiming in this instance.
