98.7% is a lot of unhappy customers.

99.7% would be reasonably good.

Or a low volume seller who has had one arsehole customer. Without seeing the
full feedback profile we can't really say.

I must agree, if I want to buy and someone is not 100% then I always check
their feedback, to see what has been said etc.

Or a high volume seller who has had a few buyers who didn't read the
listing. I recently bought something from a seller despite a number of
negs for slow delivery, because the listing clearly stated something
like "allow 14-21 days for delivery", and the negs were whinging
about delivery taking over week. As you say, the percentage doesn't
mean much without context.
