These "distractions" allow far more freedom. I can have a service
person call and give me a half-hour notice, rather than staying home
for a day. Phone tag is pretty much a thing of the past.
Emergencies... Yes, cell phones are a large step forward. It's too
bad you can't control yourself, but I'll bet you want to control
others.
