That URL will bring up a fake AV scan, and after it's done performing
it's bogus scan it will want you to download and run the file
packupdate107_2118.exe, which is detected by 5 out of 41 AV / malware
scanners as being malicious.

Specifically, it is identified by Kaspersky as
Trojan-Ransom.Win32.Digitala.apx.
