He..... oh, sorry, they.....are probably just whinging because they have
probably not followed a procedure that should have and have fallen foul of
the policies. That's usually the case in this kind of whinge.

Actually they are not. Many of their policies are contrary to both
UK and EU laws.

Wrong. We receive many grievances and complaints every month from
disgruntled sellers who feel they are being walked over by eBay.

It's blatantly apparent for anyone to see that eBay has a history of
switching sides to suit them when their profits are under threat. Initially
they were biased towards sellers and treated buyers very badly. Now it's
gone the other way and sellers get a raw deal every time.

We're here to speak up for both buyers and sellers.
