Might be worth asking Interparcel for the consignment number and the courier
it was booked under so you can then get in touch with your local
DHL/UPS/Citylink/DPD depot. Probably beter dealing direct to find out what
has happened than going through an intermediary who probably doesn't give a
toss.

Afternoon Neil,

Did exactly that and they used HDNL I think thats the home delivery network
lot. Basically after this morning communication with them they have now
found my package and will deliver it to me this evenin when the evening
drivers come on shift.

And as of yet the seller is still pretending to be deaf, but they have time
to leave feedbacks for people so I know they're alive. Poor show.

I've never left a negative for anyone but do you think this is grounds to.
Basically I initially contacted them, they said it was sent, didn;t receive
it, contacted them again they said they sent it provided tracking as above
in posts, and was noooooooo help whatsoever after that and went quiet and
left me at cost and time to me to chase the courier they chose to use and
offered not a word, just did not care it would seem, they've got my money,
they sent it so I guess they think not my problem. They've irritated me to
say the least and wondering what your thoughts are on it ?

Thanks

Neg, no question, but emphasise you did get the goods. Assuming you
do. And don't forget to fill in the relevant rating sections for
communication and delivery while you're at it.

Agree, totally inexcusable.

IN this case I would definitely not leave positive as it is quite evident
that the seller is ignoring you in the hope that you will do exactly what
you have done and chase the delivery yourself. No excuse for that and
sellers like that give the rest of us a bad name.
