What specific type of "help" are you referring to here ?

Are you suggesting that the buyer needs "help" in using a telephone ?

Thus enabling him to contact the Courier depot and arrange a re-delivery ?

Which is what any sensible person would have done in the first place.

What other "help" does he need ?

Do you? Iterparel are not a courier or a courier's depot. They are a
shipping service reseller employed by the seller and the recipient has
absolutely no contract with them and should not have to be dealing with
them.
