Did you read the auction? Check the postage costs? Do you have any clue what
the postage charges are from the US?

You're a non paying bidder and I'd add you to my blocked bidders' list in a
heartbeat.

If you're a sensible US seller, you'll use FCMI and Third Party Insurance.
It's far cheaper for all and works fine. There's a lot of paranoia about
tracking - not just in the US I hasten to add.

Its because of the ridiculous FVF that Ebay charge. No FVF on postage.

Conor I'm not prejudiced. I hate everyone equally.

It's great, innit. People moan about Ryanair's extra charges, when they
are quite well defined before you buy. And get all agitated about
forking out 10's on Credit Card Charges. But come similar issues with
eBay postage, it's suddenly "idiot buyer needs to beware".

You snipped the bit about Ryanair, who since I posted my remarks are
once again in the news for trying to be over-aggressive towards refunds
for those apparently oh-so-very-aware buyers.
