Since the recall last year was only in the vet channels you must have let some vet charge you for feeding your cat poisoned food. You're either stupid, a liar, or RC had two recalls last year. Your aggression over such a sensitive topic is hard to understand and quite disturbing. This group is designed for concerned pet owners, talking about the health of their pets. Do you even have a pet? Or do you simply come in here to vent your own misguided emotions? Shame on you.

Messages like this, crossposted to many groups and extolling the virtues of corporations shown to have been at fault for various things, are usually a cross between spam and outright propaganda. They are also usually and insult to the intelligence of the average human, and certainly beneath cats and maybe even dogs. When called on it, the propagandists usually play the "aggression" card accusing the accuser of things like "misguided emotions." It's a pattern that is not only recognizable to seasoned newsgroup users, but it's like a fingerprint in identifying corporate propaganda. The propagandists usually have a litle booklet somewhere telling them what to do in certain situations. The pattern is so recognizable because they all use the same book. -- Regards, Fred

Sounds like anti- corporate propaganda (or a competitor) to me. I guess the 'average human' as you put it is not allowed to voice their opinions if it's in support of a corporation. Not all companies are evil empires Fred. I am a pet enthusiast - I breed dogs, I compete in agility trials and I fully support my choice of which company I use to feed my dogs and cats. I've been through the gamut of sponsorships over the years with other companies and was so impressed with these guys that I will certainly stand up for them when I see unfounded slander pointed their way. In the end, all that matters is the health of dogs and cats, and any company helping us to that end, deserves full support.
