Not difficult, assuming he has his bank account set up to transfer from,
but not quick either. Paypal say it can take 7-9 working days for the
transfer to complete.

Depends on the bank. Mine is a pita, taking damn near a week to transfer
funds to PP by EFT.
Their number's up now though - the EFT Directive from the EU insists
they do it within pronto time, effective from yesterday.
