Phone them. The call centre systems have access to information that isn't on
line. And if they don't get to you on the due date, CLAIM!

They shut at 6. I went round the "contact us" loop "asking Sarah" about
3 times, being driven back to the same page. In the end I have logged
my request as a complaint, which is about the only way it can be done
