only the one "bid". mine. For 55*. Perhaps you'd like to check
the starting price which you can do by clicking on the bid history
and explain to the Group how I didn't win it for 99P.
And whats that big blue and red symbol say ?
Come on you must recognise it, you've been selling on eBay for how long now?

Are you going to apologise now or later ?
Or do them one at a time ?
Or will you settle for just the one blanket apology ?

michael adams

* As explained elsewhere the 65 was OTTOMH as at 55 or 65 if the router was
really as described "in Immaculate condition" then (as I later explained to the seller)
80 or 90 would have been nearer the mark. Even without the fence that I didn't need.
Its not the price I just wanted a good one.

But it was not a buy now listing was it? It was an auction listing.

What blue and red symbol?

Ummm.....about the same time you apologise for libelling me by insinuating
in a public forum that I illegally perform bestiality with sheep....oh, and
also when you convince me by providing proof from the Ebay site that an
auction style listing with a single bid is the considered the same as a buy
now listing.

I know what you're saying, it was an auction with a 'buy it now' price
which vanishes when there's a bid (it used to be that way at least).
When you 'buy it now', eBay display the item has having one bid.

You're both right, but perhaps not equally right :-)
