Do Paypal accept Recorded delivery as a tracked delivery service ?

Only recorded delivery isn't really "tracked" just the posting and delivery
are recorded and displayed online.

This is for a package weighing 3.5kg which seems to be too big
for Special Delivery according to the Royal Mail website

Thanks

It's not too big for SD but it might be too expensive for you .It
goes up horrendously if the item is over 2Kg

Thanks. I emailed Paypal about half an hour ago. They said it could take
72 hours to answer. I asked almost exactly the same question as at the top of my post

"Do Paypal accept Recorded delivery signed for as a tracked delivery service

A bot replied within minutes "I can conform Paypal require a tracked delivery service".

Having thought about it, Recorded Signed for offer around 36 in compensation
if they lose it. I've had one or two things sent Recorded not show up as delivered
on the website although they were in fact delivered. But no proof.
Royal Mail parcels do extra compensation but no tracking

There may be some couriers in the area who do over-the-counter. I'll look
in Yellow Pages.

Paypal were very quick to decide this dispute and decide in my favour.

The problem is the seller is still acting shirty and unco-operative
he still won't admit he was wrong to say I tried to defraud him by
switching the routers. I was hoping Paypal would give me more chance to
prove he's untrustworthy and stil acting in bad faith before I return
anything. I wouldn't put it past him to claim I sent him a box of bricks.
