From: bearclaw on 28 Jan 2007 12:53 Bought as a gift about one year ago, our freestanding Warmrails (model no. TL6) electric towel warmer has served pretty well-- 'till last week when the plastic insert holding the feet suddenly broke. The rack won't stand without the feet, rendering the whole thing useless. I went to the Warmrails website to see if I could order another insert, and found that Warmrails knows about the part failure and offers a free replacement insert made of metal. Anyone with one of these towel-warmers should know about this. I haven't seen it advertised anywhere, so here's the URL: http://warmrails.com/ Click on the "Replacement Parts/Accessories" link in the left side frame and fill in the info to get a replacement insert mailed out to you within 3-5 working days.
