Do they quiet down when the police show up or is just your luck that it
doesn't happen when they arrive? Maybe your councilman could intervene
with the police and get them to stick around for a while to witness it
for themselves.

I would suggest posting on their Facebook page, and maybe get your
neighbors to do so as well. One nice feature of FB (when having problems
with a company) is that when you post there, it's public, and it's a lot
more difficult to ignore than a private email to their corporate office.
If your local TV station or newspaper has a problem solver, you could
try contacting them as well.

Everything stopped when the police were there.

Thanks for the FB suggestion. Everything has been quiet so far
tonight.

P.S. Maybe you could tape fiberglass insulation to the inside of your
bedroom windows and also tape Styrofoam insulation on the outside of the
windows. That should help to keep the noise out.
