I would suggest posting on their Facebook page, and maybe get your neighbors to do so as well. One nice feature of FB (when having problems with a company) is that when you post there, it's public, and it's a lot more difficult to ignore than a private email to their corporate office. If your local TV station or newspaper has a problem solver, you could try contacting them as well. Bill

P.S. Maybe you could tape fiberglass insulation to the inside of your bedroom windows and also tape Styrofoam insulation on the outside of the windows. That should help to keep the noise out. |
