Wow take a look at all the slam bad reviews they have at
resellerratings. When that many people slam a company, there must be
good reason. Cancelled orders, charges for non-delivered goods, bad
service, the complaints go on and on...

How obtuse of you. You think someone is going to pay to have all
their products tested for you? Most consumer feedback is
anecdotal,if you're looking for hard research you won't find that
for any supplier. I for one would not want to put into my body
producst from an outfit with such a bad rep from it's customers.

We have ordered from them since they were Nutrition Headquarters and had
full-page ads in This Week (freebie with the Sunday newspaper) magazine and
have had NO problems. Some glass bottles of flaxseed oil arrived broken (yeah,
it WAS a big mess), but they replaced MORE than the broken bottles. I can't
speak to the contents of their products (I've never been able to tell any
difference between no vitamins and mega-vitamins), but their service has
certainly been excellent.

I'm SOOOOO glad we can place orders on the net rather than on the phone, it's
just SOOOOOOO much better.

I'm still trying to figure out what you mean here...

Ahh the last bit was a comment to the first person on the thread.
Who posted by way of ISP called Gateway if I got that straight.
Posting fights to the MHA forum have at times lead to the United
States court system.

Nutrition Headquarters at least as I recall was a different company
though perhaps there was company consolidation. And way
back in the day Puritan's Pride started out as GNC or was that
General Nutrition which sold it or spun it off. The companies have
changed hands several times as I dimly recall.

The only problem I recall they sold me some capsules of CQ10
that the catalog claimed were in softgels. That was about 10 years
ago. Indeed, if google the topic on nutrition or life-extension forum
you'll
find others complaining about this mistake. It will be years back when
the Usenet was more vigorous as I recall it.

Anyway, they aren't those most innovative on the topic of supplement
formulations. On the other hand, they tend to have comparatively
low prices.

I've been wondering if LEF has purchased Beyond-A-Century.

I remember back in the writing a letter ( I do mean writing in long
hand) to LEF suggesting they remove iron and copper from there vitamin
mineral powder mix. That was 25 years ago.

Sorry to be a bore.........................Trig

82% gave PP a favorable review in that one survey.

Ever hear of Consumer Reports, for example? How obtuse of you not to
know of the many independent consumer testing organizations.

Puritan's Pride PAYS to have Consumer Labs do "independent" tests of
their products, bwaaahhhhhhh!
