Sold an item & posted to the (unconfirmed) Paypal address which matched
the eBay account address. Sent by first class with proof of postage, now
8 days later the buyer informs me it hasn't arrived & his address is
incorrect on his account.

He claims to have visited his previous address who say they haven't
received anything.

Do I have to refund/replace, make him wait for the Post Office to
compensate (assuming they will) or is it his loss ???

I'm a business seller & this item was sold on buy it now.

Your loss, I'm afraid. If you're a business seller you get PayPal protection
regardless, though. (And yet again, this is why I always use Signed For.)
