we have 210 transactions with a 100% good feedback,we bought an item
for 210gbp and the transaction is shown as pending even though 209
transactions have been instant as both our card and bank account have
been verified,we have bought items as dear as this in the past with no
problems and cannot understand why pay pal has decided to say the cash
will be in the vendors account between 19th and 23rd Feb,we went
through a drawn out process to be verified to enable us to make
instant transactions possible, any kind person any advice on this
please?,tia,Bob

I suspect it's Paypal being crafty and defaulting to e-cheque (so you
can't do a chargeback if you get ripped off). Did you notice a 'more
funding options' link when paying ?

like a fool i didn't check but preety sure it was pay pal or
nothing, they may think themselves smart in this instance but in the
future i shall on winning big price items pay the seller either in
cash or anything rather than pay pal, stupid stupid people, thinking
they are going to gain a small amount whilst losing a long term
customer,it's the age we live in,eh?
