Cancelling a paid for transaction
I sold an item yesterday, to a buyer in France, and he paid immediately, via Paypal. Had a message this morning, saying he would prefer to cancel if possible, and asked for a refund, less any Paypal fees I have incurred, which seems reasonable. Buyer paid me 41.90, I paid fee 1.83, leaving net payment of 40... 14 Dec 2009 15:33
Refund on Blu-Ray
Hi all I sold a brand new film on Blu-Ray a week or so ago. The buyer has just mailed me asking for a refund as it has a fault near the end (jumping & skipping). Should I refuse the refund & offer a replacement instead? I'm happy to do this. CD ... 12 Dec 2009 17:54
Two PayPal disputes, one item - possible?
I'll keep this short and sweet; ordered an item which hadn't arrived after a fortnight so I filed an "item not received" dispute. Seller responded with, basically, item was posted but no tracking id. Whilst PayPal are busy spanking their monkeys deciding what to do, the item turns up (mysteriously with a postma... 29 Dec 2009 14:14
neg feedback

Just sold a whole load of low cost items that I'd listed with RM 2nd delivery. Use the link on the right hand side of the sold items list to print postage labels, takes me to PayPal (sign in etc) then get the item details, addresses etc. but there's no option for 2nd class post on there any more (or maybe there ne... 8 Dec 2009 16:31
Unpaid item strike
I won a large item that had to be collected in person, wasted a 100 mile round trip discovering that it was a rusty POS and not "mint" as described by the seller. I suggested that he instigate an "agreed not to continue with the sale", I'd do my bit and he'd get his fees back, but he never bothered. Paypal was... 7 Dec 2009 09:38
Adjusting postage for multiple items after they've been won
From a set of auctions that have just finished I have a bidder who has won several items and, since I can pack and post these all together, I want to apply a reduced postage. I've clicked on the "Send Payment Details" and have the "Send Invoice to Buyer" screen, with the items listed but if I change the postage ... 8 Dec 2009 19:50
