Just had my first non-payer - 8 days with no response, sent invoice
and a couple of emails.
The item I sold was only for 6.50, don't wanna risk getting a neg for
such a small amount.
If I report a NPB what's to stop them negging me out of spite?
Any advice?

Thanks for the reply. Seems like I might have to swallow this one
then. I'll probably try a NPB but avoid a neg at this stage. He does
have a neg for exactly the same problem but still has 95% positive.

If you don't leave negs for people who deserve them, you're doing your
bit to make the whole system utterly worthless. And if it's worthless,
you might as well take the occasional neg and not worry about, right?
So have the courage of your convictions!

Just wonder if he is a disgruntled customer, who has set this account up to
neg you, as he doesn't want to get a retalitory on his real account. Think
back, did you really ?iss one of your customers off recently?

I'd be fascinated to see where I've said anything of the sort. :o)
