From: dustie on 21 Apr 2010 04:25 Hi all I sent a CD to Italy from the UK and then got a complaint it was faulty. The buyer sent it back but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. She opened a dispute with Paypal and so they immediately took the funds out of my account and left me with a negatvie balance. The buyer has agreed to a *partial* refund but Paypal won't let me do it - it'll only let me "grant a full refund". I was advised that, while I had a negative balance on my account, it would only let me do the full refund but, I actually now DO have a positive Paypal balance as I've had some more payments into the account, yet there's still no option at all to do any kind of partial refund. Anyone know how I can do this?

Anyone know how I can do this? If Paypal have taken the funds from your account then they have given her a full refund - nothing you can do about it. If it was less than £15 I'd be inclined to let it go and ask the buyer to leave good feedback for getting a full refund.
